In great condition with a new ratchet gear and drive wheel. The shaft is solid but pitted in spot. Still performed flawlessly on the boat before removed. This is not the rivet bushing style helmet and for but the threaded bolt serviceable style. Has some pitting on shaft and flaking paint.
